Terms of Service

1. Who we are
yourown.site is a preview and feedback studio operated by Michael McBride ("we", "us"). Reach us at almesto@gmail.com.
2. The service
We provide a private workspace where you can review website previews, leave feedback, approve a release, and — once an offer is sent — choose a package to move forward.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for anything done from your account. Notify us at almesto@gmail.com if you believe your account is compromised.
4. Content you submit
You keep ownership of any feedback, screenshots, and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them inside your project workspace so we can deliver the service.
5. Deliverables and offers
Website designs, source code, and any deliverables are handed over according to the offer you accept in-app. Payment terms, monthly maintenance scope (including included revisions), and domain ownership are set out in that offer at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and don't try to break, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability
We aim to keep yourown.site available and reliable but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using yourown.site at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your feedback first when we can.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
