1. Who is responsible

Michael McBride is the data controller for yourown.site. Contact us anytime at almesto@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and avatar (from Google sign-in or email sign-up).
• Project content: pages, feedback comments, attachments, and screenshots you upload to your project workspace.
• Payment data: when you accept an offer, checkout is handled by our payments processor. We receive confirmation of the payment; we do not store your card details.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To run your project workspace, authenticate you, deliver the previews and feedback tools, send you the transactional emails you'd expect (invites, approvals, offer notifications), and handle payments and support.

4. Subprocessors

We use these providers to operate the service:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, file storage.
• Google — optional sign-in provider.
• Payments processor — checkout and card processing when you accept an offer (added when payments go live; disclosed here at that time).

5. Sharing

We don't sell your data. Project content is visible only to you and the studio owner of your project. Comments in a project thread are visible to the studio and to the client the thread belongs to.

6. Retention

We keep your account and project content while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing almesto@gmail.com; we'll remove your personal data within a reasonable period, keeping only what we need for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email almesto@gmail.com and we'll help.

8. Security

Data is stored on our hosting provider with encryption in transit. Access to project workspaces is protected by authentication and row-level access rules. No online service can promise perfect security; report any concern to almesto@gmail.com.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember basic UI state. We don't run advertising trackers.

10. Changes

We'll post any material changes to this policy here with a new effective date.
